Rooted in Sustainable
Learning
Dunmore Country School began in 2009, when Tanguy and Isabelle de Toulgoët decided to share their passion for growing food, living sustainably, and celebrating the connection between garden, kitchen, and community. From a one-acre kitchen garden in Co. Laois, we’ve built a place where people come not only to learn but to reconnect—with nature, with food, and with each other.
Our Ethos
Experience the Joy
of Gardening
From the soil beneath your fingernails to the sweetness of a just-picked tomato, we believe gardening is a journey of joy, connection, and discovery. At Dunmore Country School, we share this experience through practical learning, seasonal inspiration, and a deep respect for nature. Here, every visitor is encouraged to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover the simple pleasures of growing food.
